To extract all of the Emperor tracks download the DuneEx2 program, which you can find in the editors section and open the music.bag file found on every House CD. From there just extract the mp3 files you find and you will be able to play them at any time using a regular mp3 player like Winamp. You could also use BagTool, also in the editors section, to change the music in the game.
